Savory flavors are used in a broad variety of processed foods, including instant curries, dressings, soups, curries, pasta sauces and other pre-packaged foods, as well as instant noodles, snacks, frozen foods, tsukudani and pickles.

At SODA AROMATIC, we work to develop flavors that compensate for the weaknesses in the low-salt, low-sugar and low-fat foods that have become popular due to rise of health consciousness. In particular, we provide numerous food producers with fat flavors which impart "fattiness" and body, creating an overall sense of volume.

In order to address user needs, we have our own original extraction technologies and we also conduct research and development on reaction flavors in conjunction with other companies. We also carry out development of seasoning oils and natural extracts.
