Beverages
Flavors for Beverages are a key part of our flavor business, and we provide flavors used in carbonated, fruit juice, dairy, coffee, tea, health and alcoholic beverages.
For example, with citrus flavors like lemon we conduct analysis for odor components of freshly picked and squeezed fruit, and then develop and provide flavors which recreate their freshly picked and squeezed odors based on that analysis. We also develop and provide tea flavors with enhanced character of tea leaves.
In recent years we have particularly focused on coffee flavors. We develop and provide many varieties of coffee flavors, developed using “natural coffee extracts with a focus on particular growing regions and roast levels.” The extracts are created with our proprietary analysis technology and original extraction methods, and reproduces the aroma of fresh-ground, fresh brewed coffee.

We develop natural-tasting coffee flavors which use many varieties of ingredients extracted from natural coffee beans.We provide coffee flavors tailored to your requirements, using multi-stage extraction, steam distillation or supercritical extraction equipment.
Black Tea Beverages
We provide a rich variety of flavors and extracts by varying the types of black tea leaves and blended ingredients.
Dairy Beverages
We provide flavors to match varying levels of milk constituents. We have a full lineup, from flavors that give a fermented impression paired with citrus, to milk and yogurt flavors and more.
