"Lemon Drink Flavor Release Analysis Using DAS® and Real-time Mass Spectrometer" announced
at the Nagoya FY2018 Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for Bioscience, Biotechnology and Agrochemistry.

The DAS® (Drinking Aroma Simulator) equipment is capable of replicating retronasal odors, odors that pass into the nose from the throat when a beverage is swallowed. Real-time mass spectrometry measurements on this system enable digitization of retronasal odors and their persistence.

Furthermore, an oral presentation of these research results was given at the Nagoya FY2018 Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for Bioscience, Biotechnology and Agrochemistry under the title "Lemon Drink Flavor Release Analysis Using DAS® and Real-time Mass Spectrometer," and won a Topic Award.
