"Investigation of AROMATCH® Evaluation Technology Using Headspace Samples" announced
at the 60th Annual Symposium on the Chemistry of Terpenes, Essential Oils, and Aromatics.

Reproduction of the odor balance in natural ingredients only through mechanical analysis is difficult, and depends heavily on the senses and sensory evaluation of perfumers and flavorists. However, this study demonstrated the potential for evaluation of odor balances on the component level, through the combination of the AROMATCH® compound odor evaluation technology and samples gathered with the headspace method.

Furthermore, these research results were presented orally at the 60th Annual Symposium on the Chemistry of Terpenes, Essential Oils, and Aromatics (2016) under the title "Investigation of AROMATCH® Evaluation Technology Using Headspace Samples."
